ATALIAN’s training policy is embedded in the company’s social model: helping staff to grow along with the development of the Group. The ability to train staff adequately is a first step towards well-being at work. Training is essential to all our service lines and is accessible to all staff in the company, from agents to managers.
ATALIAN has an active recruitment policy for apprenticeship and professionalization contracts. The aim of apprenticeship contracts is to enable young people to gain valuable professional experience, whilst studying towards a degree. Professionalization contracts aim to promote the recruitment of isolated people by allowing them to gain professional skills and help them access or re-access employment in the future.
In September 2016, ATALIAN signed a global partnership with the Paris-Dauphine University, aiming to foster the professional integration of students from Paris-Dauphine. This partnership perfectly illustrates the Human Resources policy of the Group: attract and nurture talent.
As part of this partnership, ATALIAN will offer internships, apprenticeship contracts, international voluntary contracts, as well as temporary and permanent employment to Paris-Dauphine University students and young graduates. The Group will also support the various educational initiatives taken by the University as well as its training policy.
In view of ATALIAN’s international development, ATALIAN offers a number of professional opportunities abroad, for support functions but also for operational roles relating to our service lines (Facility Management, Cleaning, Security, Technical maintenance, Front-of-house, Landscaping and Energy Management).
